The Kia Carens Will go on Sale on February 15th.

On February 15, the new Kia Carens will be released in India. The Carens are Kia's fourth model for the Indian market, and it is essentially a three-row derivation of the successful Kia Seltos. It will be available with a broad range of engines, gearboxes, and trim levels, in classic Kia tradition. Bookings are currently open, with a deposit of Rs 25,000 required.

The Carens, which is based on the Seltos platform, is a much longer vehicle than the Seltos, measuring 225mm longer overall and having a 160mm larger wheelbase to allow for the third row of seats. The Carens has a familiar MPV-like silhouette with a few crossover-inspired design elements thrown in for good measure. Kia has also gone to great lengths to ensure that the car has its own personality, with minimal resemblance to the Seltos. The Carens also has its own dashboard design, as well as a dual-tone interior finish in blue and beige or black and beige, depending on the model. The Carens come standard with a 7-seat arrangement, with second-row captain's seats available exclusively on the fully-loaded variant, which is provided as a 6-seater.
